Clear Terms for Business Cooperation
These terms explain the general rules for using our website and working with us on quotations, custom touch screen and touch display module projects. Project-specific commercial and technical terms are confirmed separately in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or signed agreement.
Project-Specific Terms Take Priority
Custom projects may include specifications, drawings, testing criteria, tooling, quantities, delivery terms and commercial conditions that are unique to that order. If a signed agreement, accepted purchase order, quotation or other project-specific written document conflicts with this page, the project-specific written document will control for that project.

You may use our website for lawful business purposes, including learning about our custom touch screen capabilities, requesting information, discussing OEM/ODM projects, contacting our team, or exploring partnership opportunities.
Please do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit false or misleading information, or use our content in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Inquiries & Quotations
2.1 Inquiry Information
Please provide the application information, specifications, drawings, expected quantity, operating environment and testing requirements that are available. If some details are not yet confirmed, they can be clarified during project review.
2.2 Quotations
Quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Pricing, lead time, tooling, MOQ, payment terms and other conditions may change if specifications, quantities, materials, exchange rates, logistics conditions or other project requirements change.
Custom Project Responsibilities
Custom projects depend on accurate information from both sides. We manufacture according to the specifications and requirements confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for providing the application, dimensions, electrical information, test expectations, regulatory requirements and other information that may affect product suitability.
What We Aim to Do
- Review the information provided for the project

- Follow the confirmed specifications and agreed quality criteria
- Support sample, validation and production coordination as agreed
What We Ask From Customers

Orders, Payment & Delivery
4.1 Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted when the commercial and technical conditions are confirmed through our written order confirmation, accepted purchase order, proforma invoice, signed agreement or another mutually recognized written record.
4.2 Payment
Deposit, balance, currency, payment method and timing are confirmed for each order. Please rely on the payment instructions shown in the applicable quotation, invoice or written agreement.
4.3 Lead Time
Lead times are estimates unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Tooling approval, sample confirmation, material availability, design changes, customer feedback, production conditions, holidays, logistics and customs can affect delivery timing. If a material delay becomes known, we aim to communicate it rather than leave the customer without information.
4.4 Shipping Terms
Shipping method, Incoterms, freight responsibility, insurance, customs duties, title and risk transfer should be confirmed in the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement or order confirmation.
Quality, Samples & Validation
Sample approval and written specification confirmation are important for custom products. Production and inspection are carried out according to the requirements agreed for the project.
Customers should evaluate samples and production units in the actual or representative final application environment, especially where temperature, humidity, vibration, chemicals, glove operation, water exposure, EMC, optical bonding, safety or other special conditions may affect performance.
Important for regulated or safety-critical applications: the final equipment manufacturer or responsible product owner should confirm the regulatory, safety and system-level validation requirements that apply to the finished product. Unless specifically agreed in writing, supplying a component does not mean we certify the customer's complete end product.
Confidentiality & NDA
Custom projects may involve drawings, technical parameters, pricing, forecasts and other confidential information. Both parties should handle non-public project information with reasonable care.
If your project requires formal confidentiality obligations, please ask us to sign an NDA before sharing sensitive information. If a signed NDA exists, its terms will govern the confidential information covered by that agreement.
Please clearly mark especially sensitive drawings, files or documents when practical, and avoid sending passwords or unrelated personal information through ordinary website forms.
Intellectual Property
Website content, brand materials, original product materials and technical documents created by us remain ours or belong to the applicable rights holder unless otherwise agreed. They should not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission.
Materials you provide for a project remain subject to your rights or the rights of their lawful owner. By providing them to us, you confirm that we may use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, develop, manufacture or support the requested project.
Ownership of custom tooling, molds, drawings, firmware, special designs, development results or customer-funded engineering work should be confirmed in the applicable quotation or written agreement. We do not assume that every custom project has the same ownership arrangement.
Warranty & Claims
Product warranty scope, period and remedy may depend on the product, project and commercial agreement. Please refer to the applicable quotation, order confirmation, warranty statement or signed agreement.
If you believe a delivered product has a quality problem, please contact us as soon as practical with the order reference, affected quantity, photos or video where useful, test method, failure description and operating conditions. This information helps us investigate the issue efficiently.
Claims are reviewed based on the available evidence. Photos, test information, operating conditions and other relevant details may be needed to determine whether the issue relates to the product, application, assembly, handling or integration.
Liability & Responsibility
Each party is responsible for the matters reasonably within its control. We are responsible for our agreed manufacturing and supply obligations; customers remain responsible for the design, integration, validation, certification, safe use and legal compliance of their complete end product unless a written agreement clearly assigns a different responsibility.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party should be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were caused by matters outside that party's reasonable control, except where a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
Any specific limitation of liability, insurance requirement, indemnity or damages cap for a commercial project should be agreed in writing rather than assumed from a general website page.
Privacy & Data
Personal information submitted through our website or business communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Business contact and project information may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and maintain the business relationship, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes, Applicable Law & Disputes
11.1 Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms when our website, business practices or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of the page will show when this version was revised. Changes to this website page do not automatically rewrite an already signed contract or confirmed order.
11.2 Good-Faith Discussion First
If a disagreement arises, both parties should first review the relevant facts, technical records and commercial documents and try to resolve the issue through good-faith discussion.
11.3 Applicable Law & Formal Dispute Resolution
The governing law, court jurisdiction or arbitration arrangement for a commercial transaction should be determined by the applicable purchase agreement, order confirmation or signed contract. If no such term has been agreed, the parties should determine the appropriate forum based on applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
